In order to enhance the security of player accounts and prevent hacking, a 2nd password system was implemented.
All players must have a 2nd password in order to log onto Cronous.
Steps for making the 2nd password are as follows;
1. Log onto Cronous with your present password.
2. Register a 2nd password that is different from your present password.
3. Enter your email address exactly the same as when you made the account. (Check NeoFun.com, "My account information" for your email address)
4. Log off and the 2nd password will be set.
5. Log in using your 1st and 2nd password.
This second password will greatly increase the security of your account. Please remember and store this second password in a safe place.
If you forget your 2nd password, please contact us via email (dainsong@lizardinteractive.com) or oneline inquiry. Finally, so we ask you never to give out your password or account information to others.

When you input information for the 2nd password, your email needs to be exact match from the registered email of the account and make sure to be careful about capital and small letters, since these are differentiated.
If you are not sure of exact email address, please log into the NeoFun.com webpage using your present password and look under "My account information" to find the email address.
