To send 1:1 or online inquiry, you can do this from NeoFun or Cronous webpage;

Please follow the steps to send the inquiry to us.

1. Login to the webpage
2. Click menu ¡°Support¡±
3. Click sub menu ¡°Online Inquiry¡±
4. Select Game, Server, Category
5. Type in your inquiry and click Confirm!
